Yvonne is very impatient and extremely rude on the telephone. You would think that someone who handles calls from frustrated customers would be a little more empathetic. Little to no customer service skills and very unprofessional. Not a good look for the company. I can almost guarantee you that you are losing money with that lady handling your phone.

Whatever you do, do not hire this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. They installed an AC system in my home, and the job was so poorly done that the tubing is exposed outside the unit when it should have been installed inside the house. This kind of negligence is simply unacceptable.

The AC has since broken down, and despite numerous requests for urgent repairs, they have failed to respond in a timely manner. The AC ran continuously all night due to what seems like a leak, causing the lights in my house to flicker nonstop. The temperature inside is unbearable, and this situation is seriously affecting my family’s health, particularly my son who has health conditions.

The company's lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer welfare is shocking. They do not care about the quality of their work or the well-being of their customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. My AC has been a nightmare since it was installed, and their response has been nothing short of negligent. After the initial installation, it was clear that the job was done poorly—exposed tubing connected to the unit that should have been installed inside the house. This sloppy work is unacceptable, especially considering how critical AC is in Texas.

To make matters worse, the AC broke down again, and despite the urgency of the situation, this company has done nothing to fix it in a timely manner. My AC ran nonstop all night, likely due to a leak, and the lights in my house were flickering constantly. The indoor temperature is unbearable, and this is not just an inconvenience—it's a threat to my family's health, particularly my son, who has health conditions that make a functioning AC essential.

The lack of professionalism and urgency in addressing these issues is astounding. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of its work. I will be looking for another contractor who can do the job right, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.
